1月5日，為敏卓林佛學院的生日（校慶）。 是以執持敏卓林達瑪師利傳承的敏林堪千仁波切，多年來皆以1月5日為其誕生之日，乃因堪千仁波切認為自己與佛學院實為一體；他轉世於此生的最重要任務，無疑便是在此新世紀，能為寧瑪教法興盛，及為佛學院培育與時俱進的未來龍象。仁波切以此為己任及持續努力！
在佛學院的校舍與大殿的主要硬體逐一完成後；如今的敏卓林佛學院儼然已有一番新氣象！故於教學的深廣度上，仁波切也努力給予上乘的師資，以及擴展僧眾的視野。
所謂十年樹木，百年樹人。⋯⋯
未來，會一直來；而我們繼續努力著！於此時刻，願敏卓林佛學院與仁波切生日快樂！

January 5th is the birthday of Mindrolling Buddhist College. For years, H.H.Minling Khenchen Rinpoche as the holder of Dharmashri lineage has claimed January 5thas his birthday because Khenchen Rinpoche thinks he and Mindrolling Buddhist College have united as one. The most important task of his reincarnation in this life is to make Ningmapa’s teachings flourish, and train the elite for dharma .Minling Khenchen Rinpoche takes this task as his responsibility and work hard on it.
After the main construction of the Mindrolling Buddhist College were completed one by one, now the college has own a new atmosphere. To advance the quality of teaching, Rinpoche strives to provide superior teachers and more learning subject , also expand the vision of the Sangha .
It takes ten years to grow a tree, and it takes a lifetime to educate a person.
Time never stops, and we will continue to work hard for dharma !
At this moment, Let’s offer the supreme respect and best wishes to Mindrolling Buddhist College and Minling Khenchen Rinpoche a happy birthday.

( 悄悄話 : 於敏林堪千仁波切的努力與堅持下，敏卓林佛學院篳路藍縷地建設了十年光陰。真的很不容易啊 ! 終於將海砂建築重建為堅固安全的學舍，並且設立了佛學院的大殿與藏經閣；內外硬體與軟體內涵的更新與充實，是僧俗四眾為佛法能傳承不輟地培育龍象碩彥的最上供養 ! 感謝三寶，以及一直默默支持護法護持的您 ! )
雖視大恩上師為真佛，卻因性情剛強違師教。
雖知三界眾生為父母，卻因蠻橫粗暴出惡語，我與如我惡業眾有情，此生及諸生生世世中，願以寂靜調柔之言行，依止上師道友祈加持---巴楚仁波切
I see that my kind teacher is a real Buddha,
But with my obstinate nature, I disobey his instructions.
I know that all beings of the three worlds have been my parents
But with my bad temper, I still abuse my Dharma-companions.

人身寶是宇宙間最為寶貴的禮物，然而其也同具脆弱與不穩定。我們不知道接下來要面對的是明天，或是死亡。是以，當令此生具有意義，避免負面的作為。
讓自己以實修供養根本上師，以培育珍貴的菩提心為吾人的首要目標。
並於生活上能無條件的對待無助的動物；實踐放生與素食，乃身為人類的高尚行為。如此，我們的心可以達至暫時與究竟的安樂，直至了悟自心。

Human life is most precious gift on this universe and at the same time very fragile and unstable. We don’t know what we will see next,tomorrow or death. Therefore, to make this life meaningful by refraining from negative actions, implementing pure devotion towards root teacher and nurturing the precious Bodhi-Chita are our prime goal of life. Unconditional compassions towards helpless animals, releasing lives and becoming vegetarian are something valuable things we human
being should practice. Thus, by and by, we can achieve temporal and ultimate peace in mind for one and all when at last we understand the pure state of our own mind.

愛自己的一個很重要的前提是： 心在此處而非他方 。 每當我們的心悄悄地溜走時，就已非安住，已跑到他方。那或是在貪瞋痴慢等諸想望下的牽引，然而，不管那種牽引是有形或無形，有位禪師說：「魂要附體，體要安居，心要從容。」此語，便直指了「心在此」的根源。我們的心如果七上八下的，很可能慾望與渴望已把心魂給勾走了 。 愛自己就是喜歡當下的自己！ 肯接納與陪伴自己，不怕孤寂，能瞭解自己的內在、並與內在和諧自在的相處，才不會有遠處的風景比當下的自己更重要的謬思 ！
